Your responsibilities will include promptly and professionally responding to incoming calls, chats, and tickets; developing product knowledge and conveying it effectively to customers; engaging in active listening and de-escalating situations; documenting customer inquiries and resolutions; maintaining established performance levels; understanding and resolving compliance issues; and actively contributing to team morale. You will also be identifying and providing solutions or alternatives to customer issues.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English (written and verbal), possess previous customer service or call center experience (preferably in insurance program support), and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, empathy, listening, and multitasking skills are essential. A minimum of 3 years of industry experience is required, and a college degree is preferred, although a high school diploma is required.
