Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with internal, client, and partner safety and processing procedures.
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation.
- Coordinate order preparation with warehouse staff.
- Maintain smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Manage the arrivals schedule and liaise with carriers as needed.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
- Produce accurate and timely reports for the client team using dedicated information systems.
- Reconcile daily transactions and manage data entry for daily/monthly reports.
- Handle internal and external audits.
- Order necessary supplies and perform other general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bilingual French-English (spoken and written). Intermediate French may be acceptable.
- Previous customer service and operations experience an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of warehousing operations and 3PL environments an asset.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), notably SAP or Blue Yonder.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
