Respond to inbound and outbound calls (100 calls per day)
Address client inquiries professionally and courteously
Update and manage client information in the database
Schedule appointments and optimize routes for energy efficiency advisors
Validate client submissions and arrange visits based on their needs
Assist clients with energy transition programs and subsidy options
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual (French/English) required
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or call centers
Strong knowledge of Excel
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
