Bilingual (French & English) – written and spoken
2–3 years of customer service experience (ideally B2B)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Confident using Windows, MS Office, browsers, and CRM/order entry systems
Friendly, proactive communicator with a customer-first mindset
Ability to work occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays if needed
