Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this role are;
- Take and follow up orders by phone, email or face to face
- Shipment and shipping follow-up
- Creation of billing and shipping slips
- After-sales service
- Processing and updating files in the AS400 system
- Sending quotations to customers
Qualifications
Qualifications for this customer service role are :
- B2B experience in a distribution environment
- Bilingualism, as a large proportion of customers are outside the province
- Knowledge of AS400 software (a considerable asset)
- Able to answer customers both on the phone and at the counter
- Available to work 100% face-to-face in Laval
- Motivated, dynamic, autonomous
