Our client in the heavy equipment rental industry in Laval is looking for their new customer service and rental representative!

- Full-time employment during the day, with rotating schedules every other week. The schedules are : 6h30 - 3h00 / 8h00 - 5h00

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of a customer service agent are:
- Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Selling company products through warm calls to businesses in the event, construction, and industrial sectors.
- Preparing quotations and invoices for clients and following up on them.
- Ensuring long-term customer retention through outstanding service.
Qualifications
To apply for this position, you must have:
- Experience in customer service.
- A dynamic personality.
- A high school diploma.
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft software.
- Fluent communication in French and English.
- Knowledge in equipment rental will be considered only as an asset.
