Hours of Operation: flexible schedule - Monday to Friday from 5pm to 10h00 (You can choose the number of days you want to work from 3 days to 5 days)
Salary: $18 / hour

Responsibilities
As a Telephone Interviewer you will be expected to conduct surveys for a variety of organizations and businesses.
- Contacting different customers over the phone
- Conducting surveys with different clients
- Offer a good customer service experience
- Makes recommendations for improving the client experience with the company

Qualifications
- Be bilingual ( English, Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Be able to work 100% from home
- Own equipment (computer, telephone, internet)
- Experience in customer service
- Previous contact center experience is an asset.
