We’re currently hiring a Customer Service / Front Desk Associate for a 3-week contract in Hamilton, supporting a busy showroom during peak season. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for incoming calls and walk-in customers, with plenty of support from an experienced and approachable team.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and take down order information accurately
- Greet walk-in customers and offer front desk support
- Help stock shelves or tidy the front area during slower times
- Enter orders into the internal system (support available)
- Collaborate with a small, experienced team
- Keep things running smoothly while staying proactive during downtime
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly and approachable with a team-first attitude
- Previous experience in construction retail (i.e. Rona or Home Depot) or front desk roles is a plus
- Comfortable using computers; willing and capable of learning new systems
- ERP System experience is a bonus – training available for SYSPRO
