Responsibilities
What does a typical day look like for a Customer Service Representative?
- Taking orders and providing customer support by phone and email
- Upselling by suggesting new products to clients
- Preparing invoices and quotes
- Providing after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Market development and identifying new sales opportunities
Qualifications
What you need to succeed:
- At least 3 years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing company (B2B experience required)
- Ability to provide trustworthy and dynamic customer service over the phone
- Strong persuasion skills
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Knowledge of the SAGE 400 system is considered an asset
- Experience in the food distribution industry is also considered an asset
