As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact, assisting clients with their inquiries and delivering top-notch customer service. This opportunity offers professional growth and a chance to be part of a supportive team environment.
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST (Must be flexible to work 8-hour shifts within this timeframe).

Salary $50,500 Annual

Responsibilities
•Effectively troubleshooting and resolving telephone and email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.
•Providing accurate and courteous responses to existing and new members while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
•Actively participating in ongoing learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
•Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent service excellence.
Qualifications
• Exceptional English and French communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work on-site in Montreal for two days.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with the capacity to quickly adapt to multiple computer systems, including Windows-based platforms and others
•A demonstrated ability to solve problems through investigation and make timely decisions.
•Minimum of a High School diploma (or equivalent).
•Strong multitasking and computer skills.
•Previous customer service or call center experience is required.
•The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
