Responsibilities
-Handling customer orders from receipt of order to delivery
-Handle any customer issues throughout
-Speak with clients via email and by phone when necessary
-Collaborate with internal teams
-Validate incoming orders and resolve any discrepancies
-Handle all administrative requests from customers
-Update data, pricing and cross-reference tables as needed
-Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service or related field
-Proficient in Excel and MS office
-Quick learner
-Thrive in a fast-paced environemnt
-Can work independently as well as in a team
-Bilingual in English and French
-Strong analytical skills
-Knowledge of ERP, SalesForce CRM systems a plus
