Responsibilities
• Answer phones with professionalism and proper etiquette
• Record ticket weights using AMCS ticket entry systems (Microsoft platforms)
• Perform general administrative tasks related to material facilities
Qualifications
• Experience in administrative roles, phone handling, and data entry
• Familiarity with truck weight systems, AMCS ticket entry systems, and Microsoft platforms (training provided)
• Computer savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an industrial environment
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
• Ability to take direction from multiple people
• Fast learner - able to adapt to new systems quickly
• Ability to interact effectively with internal teams and clients
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self – starter able to work in a team as well as independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
