The responsibilities of this role are :
- Provide support to account managers
- Send detailed quotations
- Coordinate customer orders
- Build good customer relations
- Update customer orders in the CRM
- Communicate with different departments to serve customers efficiently
Qualifications
Qualifications for this Customer Account Executive role :
- You enjoy providing excellent customer service;
- You have good interpersonal skills;
- You have a dynamic personality and good interpersonal skills;
- You are a good communicator and highly organized;
- You can communicate easily in English;
- Knowledge of ERP software (an asset)
