Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the bank to service deal flow and meet deadlines.
• Process, manage, and maintain client and credit limit data in various systems.
• Analyze and resolve exceptions from reconciliation processes.
• Provide prompt, accurate responses to inquiries and escalate when necessary.
• Regularly update and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Train and guide team members on best practices and processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather business requirements and provide support on strategic projects.
• Ensure operational readiness and assist with cutover planning for projects nearing go-live.
• Gather and provide data for internal auditors and other control areas as required.
• Work with the manager to prioritize and distribute workload efficiently within the team.
• Offer creative, innovative ideas to streamline processes and improve operations.
• Foster a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness.
Qualifications
Must Have:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role (business analyst, data reference, or reconciliation)
• Strong communication with various stakeholders
• Experience in credit data management and reconciliation processes
• Trading Knowledge
• Experience working with data
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Cairo
• Experience with Carma
• Experience with Excel VBA
