Job Description: As a team member, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Production/Warehouse facility while also engaging in general labor duties. You will ensure the efficient, safe, and accurate handling of materials and products. This position requires strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Work in a dusty environment
Assist with the unloading, organizing, and storing of products and materials.
Ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
Monitor and ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
Conduct regular checks to ensure quality control of operations.
Troubleshoot any operational issues and provide solutions.
Participate in general labor tasks such as picking, packing, sorting, and shipping.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to maximize efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Ability to grow and motivate a team while working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to operate sit down forklift (external certification preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent.
