Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting to management
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data security
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support
- Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting processes
- Gradually assume leadership responsibilities, including mentoring and supporting team members
- Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency with SAP Concur
- Experience in payroll, financial reporting, and tax compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with occasional travel to the USA (expenses covered)
