Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS or other).
- Collaborate with investment teams to monitor and evaluate the performance of asset portfolios.
- Participate in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts and management reports.
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance, including tax reporting and audits.
- Manage and optimize accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Support digital transformation and financial process automation initiatives.
- Work closely with external and internal auditors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. A professional designation (CPA) is strongly desired.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate accounting, ideally in the financial or investment sector.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in an ever-changing environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Excel and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
