Responsibilities
- Work within a cross-functional Agile team to deliver email campaigns deployed through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Manage multiple initiatives with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Maintain and share editorial standards with teams, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Present and revise copy decks in stakeholder review meetings. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, sales leads, designers, translators, and developers.
- Work closely with Agile teams to align copy with business objectives, technical constraints, and legal/regulatory requirements. Simplify complex business objectives into clear, engaging language.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and follows proper review and approval processes.
- Provide copy recommendations that align with campaign objectives and ensure on-time deliverables.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in writing, editing, and proofreading copy across various platforms.
- Degree/diploma in English, Journalism, or equivalent experience/certifications.
- Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility requirements and inclusive digital design principles.
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
- Familiarity with HTML and content management systems.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability to new tools and technology.
- Team-oriented with an inclusive mindset.
- Curious and eager to evolve thinking and work habits.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
