Responsibilities
•Operating Xerox Copier equipment and software.
•Utilizing equipment required for copying and binding projects.
•Organizing the workload of various jobs simultaneously (reports, proposals, presentations, and course materials) to produce quality output and meet client deadlines.
•Receiving, reviewing, and proofreading graphic presentations, reports, and proposals.
•Copying and binding various client documents using specialized equipment within the Centre.
•Responding to customer inquiries on all jobs submitted to the Centre via PremierOffice and providing the client with status reports on any jobs that might be delayed.
•Checking all incoming/outgoing jobs for accuracy and quality.
•Maintaining an inventory of binding and copier supplies (i.e. cerlox spines, covers, paper, toner) to ensure all necessary supplies are available in the department.
•Making service calls for all copiers and ordering supplies as needed.
•Assisting other areas in Office Services when required.
•Photocopying and scanning documents as required.
Qualifications
•High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Must be familiar with Outlook and Teams
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
•Exercises discretion when dealing with confidential information.
•Detail-focused with the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision.
•Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
•Exhibits professionalism.
Education
High school diploma required, or 3+ years related experience in a printing/office services environment.
