Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
Provide administrative and logistical support to experts;
Manage the identification, storage, tracking, and destruction of specimens according to established protocols;
Manage the garage and specialized equipment;
Maintain the inventory of material resources, make required purchases, and ensure their maintenance;
Coordinate building needs, including repairs and follow-ups with external suppliers;
Participate in supply management;
Carry out mail and parcel deliveries by courier.
Qualifications

Qualifications
Bilingualism, especially good written French
DEC in administrative techniques, office automation, logistics, or equivalent training;
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (technical support, laboratory, industrial, or logistics environment);
Fluency in spoken and written French, functional English;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy;
Excellent attention to detail;
Versatility, speed of execution, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
Excellent communication skills.
