Responsibilities
Financial Reporting:
-Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
-Present operational metrics and financial reports to management for performance tracking.
Financial Analysis:
-Perform detailed financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
-Provide insights on performance variances and financial trends.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
-Develop and manage the firm’s annual budget, collaborating with department heads.
-Prepare quarterly financial forecasts for strategic planning.
Cash Flow Management:
-Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize financing costs.
-Prepare cash flow projections to anticipate future needs.
Internal Controls:
-Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets.
-Regularly review accounting processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
Process Improvement and Automation:
-Streamline accounting processes for increased efficiency.
-Identify opportunities for automation to enhance productivity.
Accounting Operations:
-Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
-Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions and reconciliations.
Tax Compliance:
-Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, adhering to regulatory requirements.
-Manage relationships with external tax advisors for complex tax matters.
Qualifications
CPA
4+ years of Controllership Experience in a Professional Environment
SAP Experience is a HUGE asset
