Responsibilities
- Maintain financial integrity, oversee accounting systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support finance and administrative teams, manage financial statements, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Develop and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to assess profitability and operational effectiveness.
- Oversee cash flow, financing, inter-company transactions, and relationships with financial institutions and auditors.
- Provide mentorship, implement process improvements, and collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and best practices
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or similar field of study,
- CPA, CFA, or similar designation preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting/leadership role
