Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date accounting records for all properties in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Coordinate annual building-specific and consolidated budgets.
- Monitor daily cash flows, perform bank reconciliations, and oversee capital budget planning.
- Prepare and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements using ERP system
- Oversee year-end reconciliations and support external audits to ensure financial accuracy.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or similar field of study,
- CPA designation, similar, or in process
- 3+ years of experience in a senior accounting/finance position
- Experience working with Yardi is considered an asset
