As a Continuous Improvement Technician, your role is to think about optimizing our production processes. You'll be at the heart of initiatives to make our operations more efficient and effective. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, analyze our current practices and implement innovative solutions using proven Lean tools.

As a Continuous Improvement technician you will be responsible for ...
- Suggest and implement cost-cutting solutions.
- Attend improvement workshops in support of the Continuous Improvement Specialist.
- Prepare documentation for improvement workshops.
- Conduct research and analysis prior to improvement workshops.
- Collect data for improvement and cost reduction projects.
- Participate in the implementation of improvement solutions by collaborating and using various Lean tools.
- Identify problems relating to the cell in which he/she is involved, analyze the problem and propose appropriate solutions.
- Standardize implemented solutions by sharing learning with other cells.
Qualifications
What we look for in a Continuous Improvement technician:
- Lean yellow belt or 2+ years experience in continuous improvement.
- DEC in industrial engineering or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual in French and English (oral and written).
- Knowledge of Office suite (intermediate).
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
