Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of condiment technology projects, ensuring successful execution from concept to completion.
Manage capital projects related to innovation and technology changes at company facilities and third-party manufacturers.
Provide technical support and expertise to daily operations and reliability activities at the factory.
Conduct trials for packaging and process changes, ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, operations, and supply chain to drive project success and continuous improvement.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize production processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and influence key decision-makers across various levels of the organization.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and company standards while identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Support manufacturing excellence initiatives through the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency within the manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
Experience in delivering or leading start-up for major capital projects ($1+ million) in an FMCG environment.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG, food, or related industries.
Familiarity with Manufacturing Excellence, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), Lean manufacturing, and TPM methodologies.
Experience working within an R&D team.
Proficiency in Allen Bradley programming.
Proven experience in project management, maintenance, R&D, operations, and/or continuous improvement within a manufacturing setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Ability to understand operating principles, establish optimal standards, and envision the ideal production system.
Experience in cost engineering and data-driven decision-making.
