Responsibilities
- Analyze and map current processes in all company departments.
- Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities and Lean projects.
- Manage improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
- Integrate and optimize the use of ERP to automate and streamline processes.
- Document new processes and train employees on changes.
- Manage change and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Monitor performance indicators to measure efficiency gains and propose ongoing adjustments.
Qualifications
-University degree in industrial engineering, operations management, logistics, or related field.
-Minimum 5 years' experience in continuous improvement, Lean/Six Sigma project management and ERP use (SAP or other).
-Lean, Six Sigma certification (green or black belt) would be an asset.
-Technical skills
In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (especially SAP) and integration processes.
-Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Trello).
-Ability to use process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
-Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
-Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects involving several departments.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems before they affect operations.
