Assisting TD colleague and managers
Navigation support, enterprise wide
Completing their notes on case management system
Escalating if needed
Chats/emails
Support TD employees, retirees, ee’s on leave with HR related questions
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- Very strong communication
- Strong phone etiquette
- Customer service experience
- Tek savvy- being able to navigate through systems
- Multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Working in a fast paced role
NICE TO HAVE:
- Contact centre experience
- HR experience
