Job Title: Consultant - ERP Implementation Project

Responsibilities
As an ERP Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the implementation of a modern and efficient ERP solution, in conjunction with all internal and external stakeholders. Your role will be critical to ensuring a smooth and efficient transition, while maximizing the value brought to the business.
- Manage the ERP implementation project in collaboration with the Finance and IT teams and stakeholders.
- Analyze user needs and propose adapted solutions to optimize accounting and financial processes.
- Coordinate the various project stakeholders (internal teams, consultants, integrators) and ensure compliance with deadlines and budget.
- Accompany the change by training and supporting the Finance & Accounting teams in the adoption of the new tool.
- Manage testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of the system after implementation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in ERP project management (ideally SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday...).
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
- Excellent coordination, communication and change management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, fast-paced environment.
