Responsibilities
- Manage office tasks, including timesheets, expense reports, and other administrative procedures
- Track material costs and monitor budget expenses
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Review purchase orders, claims, and contracts for compliance
- Facilitate communication between contractors, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French is an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
