•Prepare and/or support the collection of data associated to Prime contract CM deliverables (i.e. TDP, CSA, ERR)
•Support the assessment/review of Subcontractor deliverables (TDP/IBOM, CSA)
•Support the preparation activities associated to audits (Customer/Subcontractor)

•Review incoming and outgoing data transfers for compliance with company Standard Practices, Prime & sub-contract data marking requirements.
•Coordinate and execute data transfers ensuring all data marking requirements are met based on recipient and contractual requirements.
•Coordinate with company PMO, IT and Customers on data transfer requirements.
•Develop and maintain processes and procedures related to data management and data transfer
•Support management and execution of company document repositories.

Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
•University Degree or College Diploma
•Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
•Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
•Goal oriented and able to work under time sensitive/demanding conditions
•Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office applications
•Proficient communication, organization and prioritization skills
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
•Configuration Management/Change Management experience
•Strong Trade Compliance and Intellectual Property background
•Familiarity with Enterprise/Manufacturing Resource planning environment (ERP/MRP) and Product Lifecycle Management (Teamcenter) tools
•Ability to interpret Engineering, Manufacturing and Configuration Management documentation (Drawings, Change Requests & Change Notices)
