In this key role, you will work closely with HR, finance, and leadership teams to develop innovative strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and culture. Your expertise will directly contribute to strengthening our position as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities
As the Compensation and Benefits Manager, your responsibilities would include:
- Planning, developing, and implementing programs and processes related to total compensation;
- Analyzing existing initiatives and recommending improvements or innovations;
- Collaborating with the entire HR team to optimize total compensation practices;
- Administering annual compensation cycles;
- Managing group insurance and retirement savings programs;
- Working with the payroll team to optimize certain processes;
- Conducting market studies and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive within the industry;
- Ensuring effective communication plans for all program launches;
- Leading all initiatives related to total compensation.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills Required for the Compensation and Benefits Manager Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Applied Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in total compensation;
- In-depth knowledge of best practices, legislation, and trends in compensation and benefits;
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, combined with strong creativity;
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and innovate;
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively;
- Advanced English / French proficiency to interact with colleagues across North America.
