Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute internal communications initiatives from start to finish.
- Contribute to achieving Talent Brand performance metrics using tools such as Glassdoor and the company’s communication platforms.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of internal communication strategies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal campaigns (e.g., fundraising drives, program launches), and events (e.g., Town Halls).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing or communications.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Glassdoor is a plus.
- Strong writing and design abilities.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
- Expertise in creating visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere is considered an asset.
