Responsibilities
•The overriding goal of this role is to take ownership of issues arising from daily commercial activities and proactively seek solutions that best meet the mutual interests and needs and its customers.
• The incumbent will manage various accounts including shipper business, fuel, swing gas and pipeline operational accounts.
• Complete all critical daily gas cycles within set timelines; nominations are scheduled accurately in accordance with (NAESB) North American Energy Standards Board guidelines.
• Responsible to ensure all gas day processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Manage administration of constraint management activities; ensure authorized capacity is accurate and updated in a timely manner.
• Facilitate the restructuring and re-execution of contracts into a new proprietary gas management system.
• Develop and maintain good process documents for all facets of contracts administration.
• Prepare firm service agreements and circulate through internal and external stakeholders for review and execution.
• Ensure all contracts and supporting documents are properly filed in a prescribed secure library location.
• Prepare regular contracts reporting files for management and external reporting requirements.
