Responsibilities
-Set up and operating CNC machinery in the plant
-Use materials, work orders and parameters to plan for future machining in the facility
-Machining various parts using controllers (Okuma, Fanuc, Heidenhain)
-Creating 2D programs using mastercam/cam works
-Maintaining all safety and quality standards
Qualifications
-Hands on experience programming, setting up and operating CNC machinery
-Programming on Okuma, Fanuc or Heidenhain controllers a major asset
-Machining using plastic polymer an asset
-Good math skills- specifically trigonometry
-Good communication skills- both written and verbal
-Ability to work in a team environment
