Support annual operating plan cycle, business development, develop forecasts, contribute to business
cases (cost/benefit analysis).
Prepare defined reports on a scheduled basis for senior executives, global/ Cluster commercial teams,
prioritized markets within the cluster. Prepare detailed presentations with recommendations to support
findings/trends.
Assist internal customers to better understand current business challenges and opportunities.
Effectively communicate actionable insights: Translate complex analytics tasks into concise, visual and
easily consumable reports.
Work closely with the global and local commercial teams to develop and maintain standardized forecast
models for key products and business development opportunities. Assist in the development of pro-forma
and “what-if” scenarios to project financial impact of contemplated changes.
Analyzing actual results against plan and forecast and recommending interventions where appropriate.
Identifying opportunities for improvement in operational performance and notifying management of issues
and problems requiring immediate attention.
Maintain a working knowledge of primary pharmaceutical databases and services (eg IQVIA) to advise
commercial management teams when business information questions arise. Ability to use such data to
create market reports.
Define the third-party data package (i.e. IQVIA) and requirements for the cluster, in consultation with the
relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to the capability building and implementation of new technology and systems:
o Document business processes and system features to be proposed to users; validate and signoff
with users.
o Create and document the test strategy, create test cases, participate in the actual testing, and
document the test results.
o Run workshops and training sessions.

Clear, simple and engaging communication style and presentation skills. Ability to
visualize and communicate actionable insights, often for non-technical audience.
Advanced proficiency with Power BI and familiarity with SQL and/or Python
desired
Ability to gather requirements from teams and design and build dashboard
solutions based on those requirements
Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and
healthcare industries is a plus.
