Provide internal client service to assigned advisors
Follow up with insurance providers
Respond to email inquiries

Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance, client service, or coordination roles
Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion
A true team player with a client-first mindset
AMF permit is a strong asset
