Position: Civil Project Manager (FIFO)
Schedule: Fly-in/Fly-out 28/10 or 21/7
Location: Northern Quebec
Salary: Starting at $100K

Responsibilities
Here are the responsibilities of the Civil Project Manager:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise work on construction sites.
Participate in project kick-off meetings and ensure follow-up on schedules, budgets, and approvals.
Manage project quality, track non-conformities, and close out deficiency lists.
Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and project-related procurement.
Participate in recruitment and oversee on-site personnel.
Handle administrative management: timesheets, equipment, documentation, etc.
Actively contribute to health and safety in the workplace.
Organize team meetings, ensure internal communication, and report to management.
Be available to travel and temporarily reside on project sites.
Qualifications
For this Civil Project Manager role, the following skills are required:
University degree (Civil Engineering is an asset) and a minimum of 5 years of project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong on-site construction experience.
Ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications with precision.
Excellent communication skills.
Leadership, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Willingness to stay for extended periods on remote or isolated worksites.
