Responsibilities
Contribute to the Corporative Efficiency Program (Flow) and collaborate with consultants and various departments in its implementation.
Actively participate in process improvement projects, meticulously analyzing corporate processes to identify areas for optimization and enhanced efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough data analysis, providing valuable insights for process enhancement and operational excellence.
Assist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to measuring the progress and success of process improvement initiatives.
Attend corporate meetings and training sessions regularly to stay updated on the latest process improvement methodologies and techniques.
Provide regular progress reports and updates on ongoing projects to local and central structures.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and audits to ensure compliance with corporate policies, standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience or foundational knowledge in corporate process improvement.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive valuable insights for process optimization.
Strong analytical skills, enabling effective identification of opportunities for process enhancement.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
Flexibility for frequent travel across Canada.
