Responsibilities
• Conduct follow-up fleet manager readiness surveys and results analysis.
• Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder engagements and discussions to champion, coordinate and maintain awareness of H2 fueling, H2 vehicle technology and H2 supply opportunities.
• Ride and Drive Program scheduling for H2 vehicle test drives, fueling, driving to location, Q&A.
• Support H2 vehicle pilot program development, implementation and evaluation (+ any needed guides/training materials).
• Pilot vehicle deployment and readiness: coordinate with Fleet Management Office.
• Perform stakeholder analysis and assess the impacts and outcomes of various incentivization policies within a user-centric design frame.
• Develop communication plans per audience.
• Arrange for or develop appropriate artifacts and material to support any change activities i.e., training materials, brochures, webpages, etc.
• Represent the Ministry/Program area and foster client and stakeholder relationships.
• Develop key performance indicators to measure the success of adoption and use. Initiate or perform baseline measures.
• Regularly collaborate with, and report to, project leads and senior leadership on the status and progress of the change plan, as well as identify issues, risks, opportunities, and barriers.
• Analyze problems or issues in a systematic way to identify underlying causes for change resistance and employ a range of approaches to generate possible resolutions and holistic solutions.
• Deliver messaging, training, information sessions, etc., on behalf of the program/business area as required.
• Support the client in effectively adopting the desired change and transformation.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4 years of experience conducting change impact analysis.
• 4 years of experience in a change management role, applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools for implementing change programs.
• 4 years of experience in preparing and delivering training to support organizational change and the introduction of new non-IT technologies.
Desired Qualifications:
• PROSCI or CCMP certification.
• 2 years of direct experience in change facilitation.
• 2 years of experience defining and measuring success metrics and change progress.
• 2 years of experience developing and implementing effective change plans.
• 2 years of experience developing and maintaining positive relationships across the organization, from front-line staff to executives.
• 2 years of experience developing change management deliverables, including Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, and Communication Strategy and Plans.
• 2 years of experience in understanding the impact of policies, processes, and procedures on performance.
• 2 years of experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
• 2 years of experience leading change management and communication planning.
• 1 year of experience with communications management, reporting, and change management.
