Responsibilities
Relevant Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Training and Development Field, with knowledge and experience in organizational/People Change Management.
Skills:
Knowledge and experience in training, adult learning principles
Knowledge and experience in Change Management planning and delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including training facilitation.
Skill in content and documentation design and development
Excellent proficiency using authoring tools, including Microsoft office suite (PPT, Word etc.), Experience in using Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Creative Suite an asset.
Graphic design experience is an asset.
Qualifications
Personal Attributes:
The candidate should have a strong ability to collaborate and works well with a team to deliver change management, knowledge transfer and training deliverables within a tight timeline. A candidate with a positive can-do attitude and enjoys a fast-paced creative and collaborative work environment.
Certifications / Education:
• Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) or equivalent in education and experience is required
• Prosci certification or equivalent is required

The ideal candidate has People Change Management experience grounded in a strong background in Training (development and delivery expert).
