Responsibilities
The Change Management Consultant Will Have The Following Responsibilities
• Responsible for change management activities involved with changes and enhancements to technology and/or business processes.
• Oversee change management including problem management, capacity management, CR requests and Service Level Agreement
• Providing accurate reporting, e.g. monthly reports, project tracking, time tracking, etc.
• Liaise with client groups to ensure the delivery does not negatively impact various groups
• Drive more efficient and effective adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting stakeholders
• Contribute to the identification of activities and deliverables that will ensure a greater degree of adoption and sustainment of the planned changes within a Project / Program.
• Ensure the consistent application of Change Management discipline throughout an initiative when developing actionable and targeted change management plans – including Stakeholder Impact Analysis, Change Plan, Business Readiness Assessment etc.
• Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications could include but are not limited to:
• Experience with deploying new, highly complex technical solutions
• Excellent communicator - both verbal and written
• Effective planning and time management skills
• University Degree or equivalent work experience
• PROSCI certification
7+ years of relevant experience in this role – Preferably with a recognized professional certification.
