Responsibilities
Job-Specific Tasks:
Collaborate with the Project Manager and central team resources to incorporate people, change, communication, and training into the project plan.
Coordinate with the central Business Optimization Team (BOT) team to support countries in delivering change elements according to the project timeline.
Coach and mentor local country change leads and project teams to develop and implement effective readiness and change plans.
Facilitate stakeholder analysis and engagement planning in each country.
Guide local teams to identify and address change impacts based on assessments from the project team.
Ensure change impacts are integrated into communication and engagement plans at the local level.
Oversee training scheduling and follow-up to ensure relevant staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Establish and sustain an implementation network within each country during and after the project rollout.
Manage risks and issues related to transitions and changes, define mitigations, and drive corrective actions as needed.
Delivery Responsibilities:
Ensure a standardized approach to People & Business Readiness (P&BR) and related materials.
Localize change management tools and materials (e.g., communication and engagement plans) for each country.
Establish and maintain active implementation networks.
Develop and implement a training approach, ensuring scheduling and participation are aligned with project needs.
Monitor and report on the progress of P&BR areas within the project plan.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Capabilities:
Proficiency in project, process, and stakeholder management tools and techniques for effective change activities.
Strong understanding of organizational processes, rules, and practices.
Knowledge of local country operations and stakeholder dynamics.
Ability to navigate complex business scenarios and manage ambiguity during transformation phases.
Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills to build trustful relationships and networks.
Key Qualifications:
Advanced training or equivalent experience in change management.
2–5 years of experience in implementing internal and external organizational changes.
Proven experience in project management and implementation.
Expertise in leading organizational transformation and managing multiple priorities.
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
