Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include: liaising with internal teams and business partners to understand business needs; leading contract renewals and strategic sourcing initiatives (scoping, spend analysis, sourcing, negotiation, contracting); managing the RFx process; conducting market research and supplier capability investigations; ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures; developing and implementing sourcing strategies impacting company financials; managing supplier contracts and governance; driving and reporting Procurement KPIs; and ensuring organizational financial goals are met.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic procurement, contract management, and category management within relevant categories. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential. Experience with source-to-pay tools (e-sourcing, contract management, spend analytics) is required. Knowledge of corporate services (HR, marketing) and airline support services is a significant asset. A Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent is required; a Supply Chain Canada designation is an asset.
