Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Open the mail
-Review and analyze checks
-Process / scan checks to deposit in the bank
-Enter all incoming payments into the system in a timely manner;
-Reconcile all receipts;
-Prepare and scan all documentation related to payments and deductions;
-Review and post manual credit note requests;
-Research and obtain missing documents;
-Respond to external and internal customer account inquiries as needed ;
Qualifications
