Job Summary
✔ Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 + 5% annual bonus (max)
✔ Location: Montréal (easily accessible by public transport)
✔ Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days in the office)
✔ Job Type: Permanent, full-time

Responsibilities
Record payments received from customers in the accounts receivable system on a daily basis.
Reconcile payments based on information provided on customer remittance documents.
Manage money transfers between accounts receivable systems to align payments with original orders.
Provide support to other collection agents when required.
Create, document and update procedures related to job duties.
Qualifications
College diploma (DEC) or DEP in accounting.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in accounts receivable (collection).
Experience in a large company (an asset).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an intermediate level in Excel.
Knowledge of SAP (an asset).
Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) and functional level in French.
