- Flexible hours between 7am and 6pm
- 100% remote, full work from home setup is provided
- Base salary negotiable depending on experience (60k-70k)

Responsibilities
- Organizing day to day operations and handle all request for over the road shipments (full truck load, LTL, oversized, etc)
- Carrier relations and to negotiate rates and confirm details of each shipment.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients and carriers.
- Identify and grow business should the opportunity present itself from assigned clients (inside sales)
- Track and trace all shipments assigned to you, support with after hours urgencies
- Follow a shipment from beginning to end and ensure all paperwork is processed properly
Qualifications
- **MUST RESIDE IN QUEBEC**
- Minimum 3 year in logistics for over the road shipments (3PL industry preferred)
- Strong customer service skills and negotiations skills
- Passion for transport industry, strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
- Organized, detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a collaborative/team environment;
- Fully bilingual (English/French, written/spoken)
