Our client is seeking a skilled Operations Officer for a hybrid role, requiring onsite work twice a week. In this position, you will utilize your strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and ability to manage high volumes of work to support critical business functions.
Pay Rate: $22.50
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Responsibilities
- Provide a broad range of operational support and perform general to specialized transactions within the Operations & Technology team.
- Support partner relationships to maintain operational effectiveness, ensuring business objectives, Service Level Goals, and CEI targets are met.
- Positively contribute to the overall customer experience and loyalty index in each interaction.
- Handle customer problems appropriately using the established partner problem resolution process and escalate when necessary.
- Create and/or recognize exceptional customer service through established programs.
- Ensure all required processing and inquiries are fulfilled in alignment with Service Level Goals.
- Offer subject matter expertise to internal and external partners within the defined area.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established standards.
- Actively participate in daily touchpoints and work distribution.
- Contribute to achieving satisfactory audits by understanding and following audit and process guidelines.
- Identify areas of risk and escalate as necessary.
- Be knowledgeable and comply with Bank Codes of Conduct.
- Identify, suggest, and actively participate in process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of bank policies, procedures, and due diligence, with the ability to adapt to changing processes and technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with experience in spreadsheet building; strong email communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills; ability to handle high volumes of work under strict deadlines.
- Quick learner with the ability to hit the ground running; self-motivated and goal-oriented team player.
- 2 years of experience in a Trade Processing-related role, particularly with cash products (e.g., Loans, Deposits, Swaps, and Forwards).
- Nice to have: Experience in a process improvement environment.
