Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Laser Programming (Top Priority): Program and operate Laser machines for cutting and engraving, utilizing CAD CAM software to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- Press Brake Programming: Program and operate Press Brake machines to bend and form metal parts, utilizing CAD CAM software to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- CNC Machining: Program CNC machines using CAD CAM software, designing and developing programs for CNC machining as needed.
- Collaborate with production team to ensure efficient and accurate production
- Troubleshoot programming issues and resolve problems
- Maintain accurate records of programming and production
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field of engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in CAD CAM programming
- Experience with Laser machines, Press Brake machines, and CNC machining
- Proficient in Fusion 360, Autocad, Solidworks, and Bisoft CAD software
- Experience with Apicore ERP system is a Must have.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
