Responsibilities
Provide courteous information and advice to clients.
Effectively handle customer purchases in accordance with standardized procedures.
Manage multiple clients simultaneously with efficiency.
Handle delicate situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
Manage purchasing and supply processes.
Receive price requests or purchase requests from various departments.
Oversee the procurement process from supplier selection to product delivery.
Analyze needs and conduct research to identify suppliers based on product requirements.
Prepare specifications, issue tenders, and review quotations.
Negotiate and manage expenses.
Consult with various suppliers or subcontractors to select the best offers (price/delivery time/services) to facilitate the best purchasing decisions.
Apply procurement policies and purchasing forecasts.
Process purchase requests and ensure their completion.
Develop a purchasing forecast plan.
Commit expenditures in accordance with budget allocation rules.
Manage supplier relationships based on collaboration.
Intervene in case of quality or delivery issues.
Manage stock to ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging.
Qualifications
10 years of experience in purchasing
Operations management
Mastery of the supply chain
Sales expertise
Committed to fostering team success and investing in the growth of others
Dynamic and proactive approach
Autonomy and resourcefulness to skillfully manage priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening
Rigorous and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility
