We are seeking to hire experienced Business Transformation Architects with a specialization in Microsoft Power Platform. This critical role focuses on shaping and advancing the use of Power Platform within our Federal Government clients environment, ensuring robust governance, security, and strategic alignment.
We are looking for subject matter experts with proven expertise in Power Platform administration, governance, and security assessment, particularly those who have contributed to a Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement governance frameworks for Power Platform to ensure consistency, compliance, and security across the organization.
Establish guardrails and perform security assessments to mitigate risks associated with Power Platform applications.
Set up and administer Power Platform environments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Provide expert advice on best practices for Power Platform adoption and usage, drawing from experience in Centers of Excellence.
Offer expert advice and support to development, operations, and architecture teams in the configuration and optimization of Power Platform solutions, including D365.
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate and promote the strategic vision for Power Platform across the organization.
Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to drive understanding and alignment on Power Platform initiatives.
Prepare and deliver both technical and non-technical presentations to engage stakeholders, while facilitating productive meetings and discussions.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices, offering recommendations to enhance Power Platform ecosystem.
Qualifications
Valid Secret level Security Clearance
Demonstrated expertise in administering and configuring Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Experience establishing governance frameworks and conducting security assessments for Power Platform.
Proven track record of working within or contributing to a Center of Excellence for Power Platform.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and methodologies.
Preference for candidates with knowledge of the unique challenges and opportunities in government or large-scale organizations.
